Catalog description

Focuses on how managers can effectively work with and through other people. Examines evidence-based principles of managing people, emphasizing topics such as decision-making, team building, motivation, self-management, and performance. Provides opportunities to apply research and develop competencies related to critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making.
