Catalog description
Acquaints students with microorganisms and their activities. Topics include microbial cell structure and function, metabolism, microbial genetics, and the role of microorganisms in health and disease. Course overlaps with: MICROM 301; MICROM 410; and B BIO 370. Prerequisite: a minimum grade of 2.0 in either T BIOL 323 or T BIOL 340.
