Catalog description
Refines fundamentals of acting utilizing early 20th century European authors and theatrical styles of naturalism and realism as they pertain to acting and the creation of character. Application of Stanislavsky, Chekhov, and other relevant methodologies in order to develop advanced skills such as psychological motivation, concentration, subtext, and focus of attention. Course overlaps with: DRAMA 351. Prerequisite: T ARTS 151.
