Catalog description

Focuses on the theoretical development of single-variable calculus. Includes topics from the following: the derivative, Mean Value Theorem, L'Hospital's Rule, Taylor's Theorem, the Riemann integral, Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, convergence of series, tests of convergence of series, power series, pointwise and uniform convergence of sequences of functions, uniform convergence of power series. Course overlaps with: MATH 424; MATH 425; and TMATH 425. Prerequisite: a minimum grade of 2.0 in STMATH 424. Offered: W, odd years.
