Catalog description

Explores the microbiology of pathogens while examining both historical and contemporary pieces of art influenced directly or indirectly by these contagions. Causes, risk factors, symptoms, mechanisms of pathogenesis, treatment, and prevention of infectious disease will be explored through a lens of the visual art pieces they have inspired.
