Catalog description

This course prepares students of the Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering programs to start capstone courses. Topics include engineering ethics; consideration of societal, environmental and other factors in design; innovation, design process, and methodology; human centered design; project planning and management; introduction to capstone projects. Prerequisite: a minimum grade of 1.7 in either B EE 332 or B ME 333, or a minimum grade of 2.0 in CSS 360, any of which may be taken concurrently; and a minimum grade of 1.7 in either B EE 425 or B ME 343, either of which may be taken concurrently.
