Catalog description

Explore the design and analysis of digital integrated circuits using CMOS technology. Learn transistor operation, build combinational and sequential logic circuits, and perform DC and transient analysis using CAD tools and generic PDKs. Design standard-cell layouts for larger circuits such as adders and counters. Course equivalent to: E E 476. Prerequisite: a minimum grade of 2.0 in B EE 271; and a minimum grade of 2.0 in B EE 331. Offered: AWSpS.
