Explores the intersections of engineering, biology, race, gender, and justice. Examines how our increasingly digital, AI-infused world presents both opportunities and challenges. Examines the origins of Western gender bias through scientific theories of natural and sexual selection. This is a project-based course in which learning emerges through ongoing project work and engagement with scientific practices and processes. Offered: SpS.
