Catalog description

Focuses in the use of the primary valuation models and the issues faced when valuing public and private companies. These include determining the cost of capital estimate; developing cash flow projections; evaluating investment complications, such as taxes, inflation and competitive and economic risks, and adjusting models to reflect the different maturity stages of companies. Prerequisite: minimum grade of 1.7 in B BUS 454.
