Catalog description

Focuses on understanding the sources, uses, costs, and control of funds in business organizations. Issues include the internal management of working capital, sources of capital, financing new ventures, capital budgeting, and financing the growth of businesses. May not be repeated. Course equivalent to: T BUS 350. Course overlaps with: STMATH 330; FIN 350; and TMATH 316. Prerequisite: a minimum grade of 1.7 in either B BUS 220/BIS 200 or ECON 200; a minimum grade of 1.7 in either B BUS 215, BIS 215, or STAT 220; and a minimum grade of 1.7 in either B BUS 210 or ACCTG 215.
