Course which provides the student with an introduction to manual and analytical techniques used in a clinical chemistry laboratory. Includes information about the procedures used in clinical chemistry in relation to principle, reagents, specimens, controls, procedure, instruments, normal and abnormal test results and correlation with clinical conditions. Topics of safety in the clinical chemistry laboratory are addressed.
