Introduction to programming, planning and scheduling procedures to structure the learning environment for students with learning and behavioral problems. Emphasis on establishment of procedures for laws and regulations, regular class integration, student and teacher time management, class scheduling, grading practices, and student/program evaluation. The Individual Educational Planning (IEP) process and training in development of computerized IEP included. Prerequisite: SE 610
