Catalog description

Social, cognitive, behavioral, educational, medical aspects of development to establish etiology, characteristics, and best practice interventions for children and youth with learning and behavioral problems and theories of the causes of learning and behavioral problems. Emphasis on identifying disabilities according to state guidelines, utilizing appropriate assessment data, engaging in multi-disciplinary planning, and developing appropriate interventions. Prerequisite: ED 302
