Catalog description

This course is a synthesis of knowledge, skills, and attitudes acquired through previous learning and experience as an RN. Provides students with opportunities to integrate leadership styles and strategies into the role of a practicing RN. Assists students to understand evolving professional issues, the ever-changing health care system, the importance of lifelong learning, and the promotion of the Nursing profession. Prerequisites: Admission to RN to BSN Program.
