Catalog description

This course presents opportunities to develop and apply critical reading, thinking, and writing skills to maximize student performance on the bar exam. The course utilizes released or simulated bar exam content to familiarize students with the tasks of issue spotting and the general legal analysis required for the multistate performance tests and multistate essay exams. The course will present techniques for answering multiple-choice questions and strategies for analyzing, organizing, and writing responses to essay questions. This course does not replace a commercial bar preparation course. Prerequisite(s): Student must be in last two semesters before graduation. Credit/No Credit.
