Students complete complex, skill-building exercises to refine their precision, control, and efficiency with professional finishing tools, industrial finishing systems, and specialty materials. Advanced finishing units include Finish Analysis and Selection, Precision Surface Preparation, Professional Finishing Tools and Equipment, Advanced Stains and Color Matching, Fillers and Sealers, Decorative and Specialty Finishes, and High-Performance Top Coatings. Prerequisites: CHC 105 Introductory Craft Skills; IND 109 OSHA-30
