Operations management in both manufacturing and service organizations. Use of models to make operations management decisions in the areas of productivity, quality, customer service, and production and process strategy. Prerequisites: BU 250 , BU 342 , EC 211 (or MA 346 ), AC 225 , MA 116 or higher or SAT Math score of at least 660 or ACT Math score of at least 28, and 2.0 GPA.
