Section information text: Organizational behavior management (OBM) involves the application of applied behavior analytic principles and procedures to individuals and groups in business, industry, government, and human service settings. Course content includes the analysis and management of employee/supervisee performance; supervision goals, procedures, and evaluation; staff training; and leadership. Embedded in the course is preparation for the BCBA Exam.
