Section information text: The course will provide an in-depth study of major theories of job attitudes, as well as their antecedents, correlates, and consequences. Topics will include job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, withdrawal behavior, and counterproductive organizational behavior. Application of learning will be demonstrated through an applied-attitude survey research project
