Catalog description

Section information text: This course is a study of human anatomy and physiology, which is the structure and function of bodily systems. The course begins with an analysis of cellular processes and tissue structures and then explores the 11 major systems of the human body. Students focus specifically on the regulatory functions of the body that maintain homeostasis and how disruptions in homeostasis may result in injury and/or disease. This course is designed for a general education undergraduate audience.
