Section information text: Successful organizations in a rapidly changing and complex world require leaders who embrace change and are able to engage others in change. Students examine theories and models of leadership and organizational change, as well as consider the relationship between leadership and organizational change. They explore qualities, characteristics, and skills of effective leaders, ethical issues and standards, opportunities and challenges related to leading diverse organizations through change, and the contribution of leadership and organizational change to social change.
