Section information text: **HMNT 1050P is only available for students in the RN-MSN program** Students in this course survey central themes of the humanities through the arts. They examine the interconnectedness of the arts, as well as a general overview of the philosophy and activities of such art forms as painting, photography, sculpture, literature, and architecture. In addition to participating in class discussions, completing short exercises, and writing short essays, students are required to complete a term-long research project concerning a specific art form. The topic of the research project is to be chosen in consultation with the Instructor.
