Section information text: This intensive Virtual Residency experience equips students in the Behavioral Health Leadership program with essential knowledge and practical skills to advance their doctoral journey. Over four days, students engage in interactive webinars, group work, and individual activities covering four key areas: understanding the Behavioral Health Leadership Doctoral Study requirements, identifying strategies for finding and approaching suitable organizations for research, and applying the Baldrige Excellence Framework to assess organizational performance. The residency includes guest sessions on library research and academic writing, as well as hands-on activities for applying the Baldrige criteria and developing capstone plans. Participation in all live meetings and completion of daily activities is required, culminating in a Final Project due two days after the 4th session of the Residency. This experience is designed to prepare students for success in their doctoral program and capstone project, providing them with the tools and understanding necessary to progress confidently through their studies.
