Section information text: Effective leadership coaches must be fully capable of working with clients immersed in different organizational cultures that present unique challenges. In this course, students apply models, approaches, and frameworks; individual and team coaching strategies; and ethical guidelines to multiple case studies related to coaching for leadership development. Students gain practical insight on the characteristics, factors, and conditions that influence coaching efficacy, assessment, and evaluation. In addition, students consider diversity, ethics, and professional issues and challenges in the context of leadership coaching.
