Section information text: This course examines both human cognitions and behavior through the lens of research and theory in social psychology. Topics include perception, attitudes, relationships and attraction, altruism, prejudice and aggression, conformity and obedience, group behavior, and the influence of culture. The implications of social psychology theory and research are explored in relation to social justice and social change.
