Composition, Grammar, and Speaking III

Catalog description

This course covers intermediate-level academic and general-purpose writing and speaking for non-native English speakers. Emphasis is placed on the process of brainstorming, drafting, discussing, and revising with a focus on content, organization, grammar, and language use in formal academic compositions and presentations in a variety of rhetorical modes. Upon completion, students should be able to effectively produce grammatically accurate paragraphs, essays, and oral presentations.
