And, analyze the nurses' role in contributing to improving health and transforming health care using evidence-based practice, which is foundational for nurses as a problem-solving approach to the deliver the best healthcare outcomes. The process involves integrating the best evidence from research and patient care data using clinician expertise and patient preferences and values as the guide to drive decision making and expand knowledge and wisdom for practice.
