This course addresses project management from a management perspective. Focus is placed on the problems of selecting, initiating, operating, and controlling projects. Learners will be introduced to proven project-management processes, broadly- tested techniques, and solid approaches to the successful management of projects in varying sizes and degrees of complexity. Upon completion of the course, learners will understand fundamental project management concepts that will remain foundational. 214
