This course builds on the foundation gained in BLAW 343. Learners continue to examine substantive legal principles as well as the ethical and social responsibility implications of business conduct within the legal environment. Topics shall include property law, insurance law, intellectual property, internet law, business entities, agency law, and employment law. Prerequisite: 343. 161
