Senior Field Practicum.

Catalog description

Semester course; 6 field experience hours (delivered face-to-face or hybrid). 6 credits. Prerequisites: SLWK 332 ; SLWK 381 ; and SLWK 395 , each with a minimum grade of C. Corequisite: SLWK 441 . Enrollment is restricted to social work majors with senior status. Students must complete 400 hours in a community agency under the supervision of an agency-based field instructor. Intended to develop knowledge, values and social work practice skills appropriate to entry-level generalist practice in human service agencies.
