Introduction to Circular Supply Chains.

Semester course; 3 lecture hours. 3 credits. Prerequisite: SCMA 320 . Enrollment is restricted to students who have completed at least 54 credit hours (junior standing). This course introduces students to the principles and practices of circular supply chain management, focusing on the transition from traditional linear models to sustainable, closed-loop systems. Topics include waste reduction strategies, resource recovery, sustainable value creation and the integration of circular principles in supply chain networks. Emphasis is placed on a general understanding of theory, practical application, implementation strategies and available tools and technologies.
