Independent Study.

Catalog description

Semester course; 0-3 independent study hours (delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid). 0-3 credits. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits per semester and six credits toward graduation. Enrollment is restricted to students with junior or senior standing who have acquired at least 12 credits in political science or by permission of the instructor and department chair. An independent study course that allows a political science major or other student who meets the requirement to do research, under the direction of an instructor qualified in that area, in a subject or field of major interest.
