Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered hybrid). 3 credits. The course will explore the politics and governments of the Pacific region, which is of great military-strategic significance. It will also examine global security and regional interaction from the perspectives of individual countries impacted by Western colonization, the history of WWII, and the influence and competition of both the USA and China.
