Catalog description

Semester course; 3 lecture hours. 3 credits. Enrollment is restricted to graduate students and residents with undergraduate degrees in an area related to genetics, biology or psychology. Provides an overview of modern genetic and genomic diagnostic testing. Explores topics including genomic variation, epigenetics, modern methodologies, applications of testing, data interpretation including variant classification, and the benefits and limitations of testing.
