Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered online). 3 credits. Prerequisite: NURS 733 or by permission of the instructor. Models for leading change to improve population health and optimize organizational effectiveness are examined. Emphasis is placed on the integration of the sciences related to change within organizational systems and project management strategies to guide the translation of evidence into practice. Group facilitation frameworks and strategies to support team performance are also examined.
