Management of Complex Patients Across the Lifespan.

Catalog description

Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered hybrid). 3 credits. Prerequisite: NURS 714 or by permission of the instructor. The course builds upon knowledge and skills from prior courses and clinical practicum experiences. The course provides content on the management of co-existing complex health issues across the lifespan. Students will increase knowledge and decision-making skills in the primary care of diverse populations, patients with multiple comorbidities and developing appropriate therapeutic treatment plans.
