AI Governance and Enterprise Adoption.

Catalog description

Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid). 3 credits. An interdisciplinary course designed to prepare students from diverse academic backgrounds to lead and manage AI implementation and innovation in real organizational settings. The course emphasizes how AI governance is applied in practice. Topics discussed include organizational decision-making, compliance execution, operating models and enterprise-scale adoption. Students will build portfolio-ready governance deliverables that mirror what is expected in real-world AI programs. No programming, mathematics or engineering prerequisites are required.
