Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid). 3 credits. The course provides an overview of the theories, models and perspectives of leadership in the homeland security and emergency management environment. Students will explore the differences in effective leadership at the individual, team, and organization level as well as ethical implications of decisions.
