Pathways to Environmental Careers.

Catalog description

Semester course; 1 lecture hour (delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid). 1 credit. Enrollment is restricted to undergraduate environmental studies majors and minors, or by permission of the instructor. Students will explore career paths, develop professional skills, and create a strategic career plan and professional toolkit. The course applies a design thinking framework to help students define their professional values, craft strong resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and begin networking with alumni and peers. Learning takes place through lectures, hands-on and group activities and guest expert presentations. Graded as pass/fail.
