Senior Design Studio I (Laboratory/Project Time).

Catalog description

Semester course; 6 laboratory hours. 2 credits. Enrollment is restricted to students with senior standing in robotics and autonomous systems engineering and participation in a senior design (capstone) project. Prerequisites: EGMN 416 , EGMN 427 , EGRE 354 , EGRE 399 , ENGR 261 and ENGR 262 , each with a minimum grade of C. A minimum of six laboratory hours per week dedicated to the execution phase of the senior design (capstone) project, which should meet appropriate engineering standards and multiple realistic constraints. Tasks include team meetings, brainstorming, sponsor advising, designing, fabrications, assembling, reviewing, studying, researching, testing and validating projects.
