Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid). 3 credits. Study of leadership and organizational issues through policy, governance and ethical lenses. The course engages students in applying policy analysis techniques and ethical frameworks to understand dilemmas, address inequity and develop evidence-based policy solutions and recommendations for real-world practice.
