Catalog description

Semester course; 6 studio hours. 4 credits. Prerequisites: ARTF 131 , ARTF 132 , ARTF 133 and ARTF 134 . An introduction and investigation into the physical and associative material properties of glass. Students will explore a variety of methodologies for hot, cold and casting glass fabrication. The history and modern application of each technique will be covered through lectures, demonstrations and studio work.
