Catalog description

Semester course; 3 lecture hours. 3 credits. Enrollment is restricted to students with ACCL permission. Practical application of bioinformatics to genomic, proteomic and pharmacogenomic analyses. Students will work in small groups to plan, develop and execute a project designed to solve practical challenges in the realm of bioinformatics. Proficiency in various aspects of bioinformatics will be developed.
