Semester course; 3 lecture hours (delivered online, face-to-face or hybrid). 3 credits. The course examines consulting through the lens of adult learning and organizational development, preparing students to design and deliver strategic learning interventions tailored to client needs. Through a hands-on project with a community organization, students apply theory to practice, using adult learning principles to create meaningful, client-centered solutions that foster organizational growth and social impact.
