Catalog description
This course focuses on evidence-based leadership and managment theories, principles, and models. The RN will analyze current practices related to the leadership role within healthcare systems. Interdisciplinary team communication and collaboration across disciplines will be examined. Quality management and safety of patient centered care will be emphasized. Prerequisites: NURS 420 , 421 , 422 .
