NURS 324 Evidence-based Practice - 3 semester hours This course serves as the foundation for the use of the research process to critically analyze research studies. Through an introduction to the language and skills of evidence-based nursing practice, the RN student will focus on qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods designs. Through an exploration of current and past studies, the RN student is introduced to the use of data as the basis for decision making in the healthcare environment. Prerequisite(s): NURS 320 , NURS 321 , NURS 322 .
