Catalog description

This course is designed to reinforce students’ knowledge and skills essential for the successful completion of the pre-licensure nursing program. This course serves as a bridge to the online RN to BSN completion program, providing focused preparation for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) and professional development mentoring. Students will participate in a variety of activities, workshops, and projects to reinforce their readiness for professional nursing practice. The course aims to provide a seamless transition into advanced nursing education and practice. Prerequisite: Admission to Reynolds AAS Nursing program Special Restrictive Elective The course is taught asynchronously online. Textbook and Required Materials: American Psychological Association. (2020). Publication manual of the American Psychological Association Additional resources for each session topic will be provided in advance of each session date.
