Catalog description

This course introduces the learner to safe and effective nursing care through the conceptual domains of client, healthcare systems, and nursing practice. Clinical laboratory will focus on integration of psychomotor skills through the use of simulation and inpatient care settings across the life span. Upon completion, students will be able to provide safe nursing care incorporating the concepts identified in this course. Prerequisite: Admission into the clinical phase Co requisite: NURS 101 .
