Consumer behavior is a comprehensive study of the relevant psychological, sociological, and anthropological variables that shape consumer attitude, behavior, motivation, and characteristics. Throughout the course, students should consider the issue of why consumers behave as they do in the market. Prerequisite: COBU 301 .
