Catalog description

An integrated application of behavioral science to the improvement of overall organizational performance. Studied will be several techniques of large-scale planned change which redesign an organization’s culture and processes. Emphasis will be placed on applying these techniques through case studies. Prerequisites: COBU 302 , MGMT 330 , MGMT 340 , and MGMT 450 .
